Employee files class action suite against Tata America

 A Nationwide Class Action Lawsuit has been filed against Tata America International Corporation in the US against the company practice of forcing workers to hand over federal and state tax refunds, reports Business Wire India. Tata America is a subsidiary of the Tata group.
