Well,i think everyone deserves a chance to have a normal life.Picture this:You have two children, you have to take them to school,come back home,go to work,come back from work,get the children in school and if you dont have a license how can you do all of that?I think that under basis rules,yes illegal people should have the right to have a drivers license.
